AWARE approached the design agency I was interning at to design the annual report for that year. I was tasked to propose 2 designs for the theme of "Rewrite the Rules". I decided to explore designing something that was not conventional, using traditional illustrations and writing the headers in the annual report. For the cover page, I selected several photos of people and projects that the team was involved in. I felt that featuring various stakeholders and beneficiaries best represented AWARE's work.
Thinking along the theme of "Rewrite the Rules", I decided to write the headers of the articles to emphasise the non-written headers in the annual report.
